Below is a timeline of how our process works
DETAILED OVERVIEW OF THE PROCESS
Most full suite projects take 3-7 weeks depending on complexity. Smaller projects can take as little as 1-2 weeks depending on our inhouse stock availability.
Once the quote is approved by you, we will issue you an email. This welcome email contains a contract, link to a down payment*, details questionnaire for verbiage and inspiration of design, and a spreadsheet template for custom guest addresses.
*Down payment is 50% of the total quote. There will be a link to the invoice and the credit card is ran through Square. I also accept Paypal via Etsy upon request. We do not accept checks, cash, Venmo or money orders.
Within 4-8 business days**, we will email you the style board design and discussion points.
**(The clock starts after down payment, questionnaire and contract are submitted). We will go through a series of revisions and proofing to style, color and layout changes to style board and other files.
All clients are required to sign a Proof Approval Form prior to production. The second and final payment can be made at any time prior to this point during the project, but is ultimately due at the time of proof approval. Your order will not ship until final payment is made.
Shipping info: This covers any updated shipping address, insurance, signature required, etc. Often, the shipping address is different due to new couple's moving, and a host of other issues.

Production and assembly (assembly is optional at cost and adds on 5 business days)
Please allow for 2 weeks of production and 5 days for assembly (if ordered). Orders of just the invitations, menus, and such will take less time.
