RETURNS/EXCHANGES
At this time, all sales are final. The Prettiest Pixel does not offer returns or exchanges due to the customization on all orders.
SHIPPING
All suites are heavily packaged, shrink wrapped and secure. At the end of every custom order, the client is sent a Shipping Consent form which allows for options of insurance, signature and expedited shipping service through UPS. Smaller orders may go USPS Priority Mail.
