  • Do you have a minimum quantity?
    Yes, we have a minimum quantity of 30 on all wedding suites, acrylics, and anything with foil and letterpress and anything die cut (circle menus). Day-of papers, table numbers, tags, menus and thank you cards can be at lower quantities.
  • What is your turnaround time?
    Full suites: 3-8 weeks barring any delays. Acrylic only order or day of papers are 1-2 weeks.
  • How long before my wedding should I place an order for wedding suites?
    6 months if you are ordering a full suite.
  • How does the process work?

  • How long is production?
    Production is defined as the portion of your order that is in print. It comes after Proof Approval. Production normally takes 2 weeks. During high volumes and the busy season, it can extend to 3 weeks.
  • How long does assembly take?
    Assembly is 3-4 business days. If you choose to upgrade to assembly, we staff up for that! We use non-latex gloves so no oils or fingerprints get on your luxury acrylics or papers!
  • What is your downpayment?
    The downpayment is 50% of the total invoice.
  • Do you require a contract?
    Yes, we require a contract for every order. However it is in the format of Terms of Service and you agree to that by making the deposit on your full suite order.
  • What is a Proof Approval Form?
    A Proof Approval Form is a form that the couple signs off on designating the order “approved for print”. It is required prior to production. Nothing will go to print without an digitally authorized signature.
