ACRYLIC INVITATIONS TYPES

THICK ACRYLIC

1/8 Inch Thick | 3.175mm available in clear and black

Pros/Cons​

  • Comes in clear and black.

  • Requires cardstock packaging to mail safely. View packaging options here.

  • Is the highest end acrylic invitation on the market.

  • Can have matte white, navy or black text or upgrade to foil imprint in gold, rose gold, silver, copper, etc.
    It can have color images, but the color of text itself has to be the above colors.

  • Expensive to mail. Mails as a package which is $2-5.50 per invitation.

  • Prone to finger prints

  • If you are NOT ordering assembly, they will come with a protective backing that you will need to peel off. See video

MEDIUM RIGID ACRYLIC

0.7mm thick available in clear and frost

Pros/Cons​

  • Comes clear and frost.
    Clear is prone to finger prints.
    The frost is not but can scratch
    if handled roughly.

  • Should be hand sorted at post office (ask your post office to upgrade). 

  • Does NOT require a cardstock option but can come with it for aesthetic reasons.

  • If you are NOT ordering assembly, they will come with a protective backing that you will need to peel off. See video

THIN ACRYLIC

0.5mm thick available in clear

Pros/Cons​

  • Comes clear.
    Clear is prone to finger prints.

  • Should be hand sorted at post office (ask your post office to upgrade). 

  • Does NOT require a cardstock option but can come with it for aesthetic reasons.

  • If you are NOT ordering assembly, they will come with a protective backing that you will need to peel off. See video! 

  • Mails the least expensive of all three weights.
